All internet plans include unlimited data and your modem. Cable plans have no contract — cancel with 30 days' notice. Fibre 1000 includes a 2-year term commitment. Automatic loyalty rate
Qualifying cable internet plans drop $10 per month after your first 12 months. You do not have to call, negotiate, or threaten to leave.
No contract on cable
Cable internet plans are month to month. Cancel with 30 days' notice and there is no cancellation penalty. Fibre 1000 is the one exception, with a 2-year term.

How much does internet cost with Get WiFi?
Plans start at $65 per month for Internet 50 and go to $105 per month for Internet 1000 cable. Fibre 1000 is $85 per month with symmetrical gigabit speeds. Every plan includes unlimited data and your modem.
What is the Loyalty Rate?
After 12 months on a qualifying cable internet plan, your monthly price automatically drops by $10 — for example, Internet 250 goes from $85 to $75 per month. It applies without you having to call and ask.
Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
Cable internet and both phone services are month to month with no cancellation fee — just give 30 days' notice. Fibre 1000 includes a 2-year term commitment because of the install cost.
What is the difference between Fibre 1000 and Internet 1000?
Both give you up to 1 Gbps download. Fibre 1000 also gives you 1 Gbps upload (symmetrical), which matters for video calls, cloud backups, and uploading large files. Internet 1000 runs on cable with 200 Mbps upload. Fibre is available in select areas — send us your address and we will confirm.
How much is business phone service?
Business VoIP is $35 per month per line, with unlimited calling, cloud hosting, and mobile apps included. Add or remove lines as your business changes — there is no contract.
Do I need internet to get home phone service?
Our phone service is VoIP, so it runs over an internet connection. Most customers add it to a Get WiFi internet plan for $25 per month. If you already have internet elsewhere, contact us and we will confirm whether your connection will support it.
Can I bundle internet with electricity and natural gas?
Yes. Get WiFi and Get Energy are sister companies, so you can take internet, phone, electricity, and natural gas from one local Alberta team. Current energy rates are on getenergy.ca/rates.
How much does TV cost?
Beaver Basic is $25 per month for 59 channels, Beaver Plus is $65 for 107 channels, and Beaver Elite is $85 for 149 channels. There is no setup fee and no contract.
Do I need a cable box for TV?
No. Beaver TV streams over your internet connection to the device you already own — Amazon Fire TV, Android / Google TV, LG webOS, Roku TV, Samsung Smart TV or Vizio SmartCast. Every package includes four devices, and extra logins are $5 per month each.
How fast does my internet need to be for TV?
We recommend at least 50 Mbps, which every Get WiFi internet plan meets. You can take TV with your existing internet as well.
Can I add individual channels instead of a package?
Yes. On top of any package you can add channel packs, or build your own lineup with Pick 5 at $12.50 per month · Pick 10 at $22.50 per month · Pick 15 at $30 per month. Channels your package already includes are not offered again, so you never pay twice for the same channel.
