I decided to make the switch to Get Energy Wi-fi as I couldn’t justify Shaws outrageous prices and horrible service. I have had amazing service with Get Energy’s internet so far in the short time I’ve been with them, than I ever got from shaw in years! So happy I finally made the switch!

GetEnergy has been excellent to work with. We had solar panels installed on our house in 2019 and our installers recommended looking at GetEnergy's solar program. Easy to switch from the high solar rate in the summer to the low (regular) rate in the winter to make our payback period for the panels shorter.

When should I cancel my current internet?

As soon as your new internet service is up and running, you can cancel with your current internet provider.

Do you provide internet in my area?

If you can access Shaw or TELUS internet, we can also provide you service!

What happens if I want to cancel?

We have no contracts! If you are ready to cancel you services, please click here for more info.

What happens if I have my own router?

Great! Our service supports virtually any wireless router.

What happens if I don't have a router?

You can either purchase a new router or you can rent a top-of-the-line MESH routers from us.

How soon am I able to get signed up?

You can choose any date that is at least 10 days from your signup date – if you need service sooner, our team will work hard to accomodate.
